I just got my new enterprise mobile solutions from Centerpoint and I immediately had to take a look at their entire product line. Theyre all security related and all of them seem to do the same thing - try to keep your data safe. But what theyre doing is barely enough and its not working. Why isnt this company centerpoints responsibility more than just providing these productsIve had two jobs since Ive been in the workforce and I have never had so much work daydreaming. One was with a company that was constantly breaking down how to make sure our data was secure and being able to answer their questions like everyone else on the team. And then there were another two where Ive been with a company for over one year and they still dont have any success at all with keeping their data secure or answering customer question like How can I protect my dataAll these users have one thing in common - they are

Theyre always in the business of making life difficult for customers who try to do their job for them and thats exactly what I found during my recent visit. The person who controlled my account had me feeling like I was being forced to eat brickashes because of the way they were communicating with me. Overall I gave them a C- on then level because they offer good services but they needed to be more responsive to my concerns and needs.
