The last time I used them they billed me for services that never happened and then charged me for something that hadnt even happened. Theyre also incredibly inefficient - the wait times are ridiculous and the service is often not worth the price. Avoid this company at all costs

is not in the business of customer service.I just got my new computer a week ago and I was so excited to get it back up and running. Unfortunately everything is different now. Company CenterpointIt is not in the business of customer service. I customer service skills are not good enough for this type of job. So is everyone else here on here. Better off turning off your brain and taking help from a professional who can help with this type of job.
