I was very disappointed with CertusView.com. I ordered a certusview security camera and it never arrived and when I asked the customer service representative how to get my money back they said Its not our policy to do that. The whole experience was incredibly frustrating and unenlightening. Save your time and dont go through this company.

Certus View is a terrible customer service. I have had to call them multiple times to get my order processed and then send an email asking for help. They cannot seem to Ditto or Crooks the pose of their products. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.
