Then when I asked about it they said it wasnt their responsibility and wouldnt refund my money. Finally after much persistence and threats from me they finally agreed to refund my money--a total rip-off Avoid this company at all costs

Do not be fooled by their phony testimonials - these people always have negative reviews of other businesses on the internet so its likely that Cesco Inc. is just as crooked as the rest. Avoid this company at all costs

did not work for me and my printer is a CTS-1025 Im very disappointed with Cesco Inc. I their customer service was nothing more than a pleasureless platonic conversation about whether I should call them more than once a day. The only thing that worked better was the DCL-9000 which I decided to buy used. saved me money and hassle.

I have had two emails from Cesco-Inc.com since I started working at company and the customer service is terrible. The first email was caused by a printing that went wrong and the customer service did not help. The second email was about a printer that had already been used and it was broken. There was no one to call or anything to do something about it. And finally the customer service told me that they would send a new printer for free because of the other ones bad experience. But instead they sent a single brand new printer with every mistake from the first one. This printers is compatability problems with other machines and I have to say it will make my work life much easier because I can just go to another room or room without having to worry about this kind of thing myself. However lately all of the sudden company has been doing bad things. Its like they are in hiding or something. Not good when you are payed money for services she does.
