"I Have Never Had Such Terrible Customer Service I Called"

I have never had such terrible customer service I called to set up an appointment for a massage and they said that because it was Valentines Day they would not be able to do massages because they were too busy. I told them that I wasnt happy with the way my massage was going and that my husband would be very upset if he got a massage from this company. They told me that they could give me a free massage instead but only if I came in within the next two weeks. After giving them another chance I decided to go ahead and take their advice and come in two weeks later. When I got there the front desk lady said that my husband already had his massage done by another masseuse She also said that she couldnt give me a free massage because it was already 700 p.m. which is after their regular business hours. Needless to say were not pleased with our experience at Ceservicescom

This company is garbage. Ive been a customer for years and never had anything good to say about them. The only time they ever do something right is when theyre giving you a free service but then again thats really not the point of their business anymore. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I have had a terrible experience with Ceservices.com. The customer service is incredibly unprofessional and unhelpful. I was told my order would arrived within two days but it never did. I eventually got a refund for the order I placed but it was anything but easy to do. Overall avoid this company at all cost

I was this companys customer service representative for a while. I was only with them for about a year. I did not receive the services I needed from other companies. This was especially true when it came to my phone situation. Because of this I asked them to send me a replacement or a new phone. They never sent me a replacement or sent me a new phone. Instead they offered no hope for my satisfaction and justgladed the problem.I would not recommend Ceservices.com to anyone.
