I just returned from Adventure Pro and absolutely terrible experience. After leaving my last website www.cfbiggs.com I spent over 50 hours trying to get my attempt at level Playing Fields of Learning 1 correct.Normally I am a programmer by trade - we can not have too much software on the site The main reason for this is that there is no customer service response to our telephone inquiries and our support times are usually very long because we not only offer help but also provide solutions. We have now sent a complaint to the authorities after one such problem which they were unable to fix within the hour. I would not recommend this product or company to anyone.
