Ive used CFT for years now and I have to say that their customer service is horrible. Recently I had to deal with a tech issue on my end and the support team was really unhelpful. They said they couldnt help me because it wasnt their responsibility but in reality they were just too lazy to try and help me.

Cft.com is a rip-off company that does not offer any type of IT support for small businesses in Central Florida. In fact their services are actually very limited and often difficult to find. They also charge exorbitant prices which leaves little room for buyers to save money. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for quality IT support.

Do not use this company for any type of IT support. They are not even a small business and they need to provide more than just IT support. I had to call them multiple times because my computer was freezing and they could not solve the problem.

I used Cft.com for my last two IT services and both were terrible. The first service was in January of this year and it caused me a ton of problems because they never got back to me about what they did or when they would be able to come out. I also had to go through their customer service because the nice guy that was working on my account couldnt seem to get started on anything. The second service was in July and it took forever for them to come out because there were so many things that needed to be done. They also charged me a fortune for the services which wasnt worth it at all.

Company Cft.com is a horrible experience. The staff is unprofessional and the McHale treatment is unpleasant. I have had to deal with careless employees who care nothing for their customers or the process and when things have been issues they have chosen to not take proper care of my hardware. For all I know this company could be breaking the law in how they are handling my information.I would not recommend Company Cft.com to anyone I know of.

I just got a bad review for company cft.com. I was working at this company for over two years and never had any issues. However in the past month Ive had at least one issue with them that has me canceling my timesheets and preventing me from logging in to my account. Im very sorry to hear that and will not be returning to this company.
