They then bill you for services that never happened and even after you dispute the charges the company keeps sending you bills even though theyve already refunded you. avoid this company at all costs

I have no idea what this thing is supposed to do. Its a form of contract between you and the company not a service. Its just a document that says I have a order with you. You go ahead and place your order without it.
