I just got out of my first service call with channeldata.com because my account was locked up for unknown reasons. Ive been using channeldata.com for a while now and have always had everything I needed online and waiting when I needed to be waiting. But lately there has been an increase in the number of attempts to freeze my account and this is only getting worse. Ive never had to wait long before I could access my information or do anything else with it. Now Im sure this is only a matter of time before they take over my account and frozen it again. Thank you for not providing such a terrible service but instead providing us with a hopefully temporary solution.

I just found this company and my world has changed. The first thing that I did was contact the CEO and tell him I was birding he would not answer his phone for even half an hour. He didnt seem to be very responsive so I started to reach out to their customers. I reached out to 20 different people and all of them had the same thing - they would not have access to their computer or their data because it was gone. Then I started reaching out to the past tense and he had already stopped responding. I think he probably went out of business because now there is no way for him to get through our phone number. This is such a tragedy
