I just got my Chariot Group Membership and was impressed with the fast service and well run company. However I was disappointed with the lack of customer service. I called every day for a week and it was only when I gave up and went to another company that I received a human being on the other line. They have since changed their policy so that you have to call them first and get their attention. But overall Im very impressed with Chariot Group and would recommend it to anyone looking for a good home transportation company.
