is nothing more than a scamIve been a customer of CharlesIT for over a year now and I have to say that its one of the worst experiences Ive ever had. First off the customer service is horrible. They will never answer your question or even return your call. Second their prices are crazy high. I would advise against using CharlesIT at all.

is the worstI have had a terrible experience with CharlesIT.com. The first time I contacted them they said they would send me a representative to help solve my problem but never happened. The second time I sent in a request for support and received a response back within 3 hours saying that the representative was out of town and couldnt take care of my issue. When I called the office they were closed so I could not speak to anyone about my issue. In total this has been a nightmare experience and if youre looking for an IT Support company then avoid CharlesIT at all costs

They offer 12 hours of support per week but their customer satisfaction rate is barely over 50. Every week they are offering something away from home but their customers leave before they can get an answer to what is going on. Company charlesit.com is quickly losing money from customers who return every week.

Reviews.com is not a charity and is not affiliated with CharlesIcicles.CharlesIcicles.com is a managed IT services company that provides support for businesses in the business of managing their IT resources. However this website is designed to provide other things as well such as information on how to win free money or how to get away with murder. Unfortunately CharlesIcicles.com does both of these things at different rates and it problem isnt really with the company itself but with the people who use it. Some years ago the company was located in a good place - now its far too close to the public eye. And there are always people who can see whats best for themselves and not let others do that - thats why we bad reviews.
