Ive been using Charlton.com for about four years now and Ive never had a problem with it. The customer service is always good. However I have had some problems and they would not solve the problem for me. They would just seem to get better at helping people and not do anything but let me know that there is someone else who might have the same issue and maybe they could help me out. Overall Ive had a great experience with Charlton.com but I dont think they deserve all the bad reviews.
