I have never had such terrible customer service. I called about a course that I was interested in and the woman who answered the phone absolutely refused to help me because she said that I didnt live in the area. Then when I asked her for an appointment she told me that she couldnt make one because she was busy with other customers. When I asked to speak to someone higher up she hung up on me. This company is not worth your time or money.
