is terrible.This company is terrible. I have used them multiple times and each time the service was incredibly slow unhelpful and not worth the 9 a month fee. The customer service representative was especially unprofessional and made me very angry. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

.I have had the pleasure of working with company chatdesk.com in the past when it was a phone service and now as a customer of their company I can say that they do not live up to the trust you would put in a quality business like this. The customer service is spotty at best and there is never an answerable person available to answer my questions. Instead they rely on the other team members on their team to help them out. This also includes the tech support machine which needs a new screen learned how to work but then needed a new screen only took like 5 minutes for me to insert into my computer and it was ready for use. Finally the website keeps parsing through all of my information and bringing me things that dont belong on my desktop such as an email address that I never received or an account that is no longer valid. Overall I have had mixed experiences with company chatdesk.com and I will not be returning to their services.
