I was extremely disappointed with customer service at company chatsoft.com. I had to contact them multiple times to ask for help because their website was not working and they were not able to solve my problem. In the end I could not get through to customer service so I had to call them from my work phone which caused a lot of stress. The entire experience was very unpleasant and unprofessional.

This company is terrible. Ive had to use them 3 times now and each time their tech support has been really unhelpful and not willing to help at all. The first time it was because they were out of a certain type of chat software the second time because my computer was having issues and the third time because they said my chat settings werent correct. All three times their tech support was really unhelpful and didnt seem to care about helping me out. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I absolutely hated company chatsoft.com. The user interface wasination and the search function didnt work for me. I tried the Kelty Plaza user interface and it even easier to find what I wanted. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
