I very unhappy with company check-dc.com. First of all the website is extremely outdated and does not work properly at all. Secondly the customer service is absolutely terrible. I have had to call them multiple times to get my issues resolved and they never even attempt to apologize or give me a refund. Overall this company is nothing more than a scam - do not bother using them

and they are quite happy with the service they receive.I just left CheckDC and am wondering if I received a wrong order. I was very excited to be able to check my orders on CheckDC but when I clicked on their design agency page I found that they were based in Lagos. But the service I received is not as good as I thought it would be. The designer who we sent the image of the order was very sorry about that issue and said that she would take care of all our orders until she got back to us. She also gave us a chance to fix the mistake we made and make her experience better. Thank you for your help
