I have had some terrible experiences with this company. 813-818-TECH is the business name and they are supposed to be a company that provides software quality assurance. However they always seem to forget what theyre trying to do and end up doing things wrong. For example I was just told by a colleague that I has been working closely with for over 10 years now weve been through many different companies that checkpointech.com is the best site for finding comparing software hardware reviews. I have used this company for just over a year now and can say that company checkpointech.com is the worst of all the Check Point companies Ive worked with. They always seem to be working on new products that dont go past their code of ethics and safety. In addition they never keep what you sign upo r order or make any changes other than what is in accordance with their own rapid development process . This leads toFallout from software quality assurance QA staff who are constantly trying to correct things that need to be corrected due only to difference in opinion - often something we both agree upon as separate departments. Overall its very easy able get updates and improvements but also extremely difficult unable do anything about having solid software instead of being able t achieve basic goals such as keeping customers satisfied
