Chestnut Consulting is not a good company. They are always quick to provide nothing but trouble. I had to call them multiple times trying to get services done at their location in Chaska MN. They were always looking for ways to make me wait longer or never allow me to end the conversation at all. Ultimately they came up with nothing and took my information and cleaned up their mess instead. I would not recommend this business to anyone

They were able to help me with a small issue but it was all over the end of the year so they did it all at once and made it look like I needed someone new to do it. The only good thing I can say about this company is that they arethletic and so if you want help for your project or just need an idea of what to expect then this is the place for you.

chestnutconsulting.com is a business that provides IT services to businesses in the heart of Chestnut Conservation Area in Minnesota. However the company has one major issue - they provide only customer service services instead of support services. They do not have a help desk nor do they offer warranty service like most other companies in the business. Additionally the company does not offer no-cost tech support like most other companies in the business. This makes it difficult for customers to achieve best quality experience when working with their technology products or services. When I contacted them they were unable to provide me with any information about their support team or how long they typically take to get back to me after a call or email. Furthermore they did not want to be responsible for any returnupsells I had going on - which was unfortunate because I generally like their productsservices.
