I bought a Reloaded plan from company chicagocoding.com and it was the worst experience Ive ever had The representative came to my house to do the project and they told me that they would be there for 1 week Norristown time out of town which was 6 hours away. I had to contact them multiple times until they finally show up in person and did the project himself. The staff was veryseless and Id have to wait all day for the bill. Overall this was an terrible experience and I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.

I was this companys customer for over a year. I can say that they are a terrible customer service center. They would never let me change my password and they would never let me change my account name. I had to call them every day until I could get ahold of them and then they were more than happy to not only change my password but also set up an new account for me. But overall the customer service was poor and the system errors and inconsistencies made it almost impossible to keep using the site.

I absolutely hated this company I had a bad user review posted on their website which I submitted as part of my application to work at Chicagocoding.com. I never received the review back so I made one up and used it to post my review on the website. Now if I ever want to find out what exactly happened Ill have to forgo submission again and start all over.
