I absolutely terrible experience with chicorporation.com They are a networking security storage and backup solutions provider and their customer service is terrible. I called them to ask about my internet connection and the lady on the phone said that she could not help because her company was out of town. She then told me to call back in an hour and she would set up a time for me to come by her office. Ten minutes later I called back and the woman on the phone said that she had no idea what I was talking about- her company wasnt even in town She then told me that if I wanted to use their services I would have to pay for a months worth of service plus 50 per month for each device added onto my account Needless to say this has been one of the worst experiences ever with Chiccorporation.com

I have been a customer of Chicorporation for a few years now and I can say that they are not the best company when it comes to security. First and foremost they dont seem to really understand the concept of security in any way. They constantly send me tech support tickets that are always beyond my expectations because they cant figure out how to fix something thats just not working right. Secondly their backup solutions are terrible. Whenever Ive needed to restore data from a backup solution that was taken down due to some virus or something it has always been difficult and time-consuming.

I have had the pleasure of using chicorporation.com for just over a year now and always have been satisfied with their services. However I believe that they may be in as recent as 2006-2007. They water them with carbon dioxide which can cause skin irritation if not used correctly. I also believe that they are caught up in the air market thing currently and not really producing anything new. Anyway back to the review.company Chicorporation.com is a network storage and backup provider who promise to be different from other providers in that they are Messaging instead of Storage solutions provided through their website. They also allow you to try their service before you make a purchase which i findto be a positive indicator because it usually means that they are still working on something good.NA
