Do not use this company if you do not have an IT support contract with Integris They will not help you out and will tell you that they are the only provider. I was told by a representative from this company that there is no such thing as an IT services company because it is all about Integris so be sure to get your contract in writing before using this company.

I was this companys customer service representative for a while and I clearly remember them being very slow unprofessional and unhelpful. They would not let me ask questions or get anything done. I eventually left the company because they were just so bad. 1 time that I had to request help from a support person who was clearly state he couldnt help me out. If youre looking for a customer service picture of the best possible vs this one you wont be disappointed.
