Ive never had such terrible customer service. The chus.com people are absolutely terrible. I called to ask about a risk assessment they were selling and the woman on the phone was so unprofessional and condescending it made me really uncomfortable. She told me that I needed to be more careful with my information because someone could potentially exploit it and then proceeded to tell me that I would need an insurance policy if I ever used their services again. Its clear that this company is only in it for the money not for customer satisfaction or safety. Avoid this company at all costs
