I have never worked with a company that was so inept. I did not feel comfortable working with them at all.I had a very negative experience working with Cibola Systems Corporation. The design of the human-centric systems they create is absolutely terrible. They clearly do not understand how to create good user experiences which made my experience incredibly uncomfortable and frustrating. I would not recommend this company to anyone whatsoever.

I was extremely disappointed with the AV experience design and overall quality of this company. The design of my system was completely botched and it made my work as a designer much harder. The final product looked very amateurish and unprofessional. I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Cibola Systems. I had worked with Cibolasystems before and knew that they never give you a good experience especially during the design stages of your business. The people who work at Cibolasystems are incredibly slow to provide service and I found this out the first time I went in to talk to a designer. The designer came in and started talking to me about his project but then showed up without an agenda or anything he had said back at the office. He never showed me any of the design concepts or designs until after he had already left. The customer service is still not fair we are told we did something right when we took our leave but there is no response from the company other than emailing us requests for Maturity Modeling Services which were not done. We have now sent back all of our statements and are asking for a refund as we feel like we were taken advantage of.

I was a little disappointed with the customer service I experienced. They were not very responsive to my messages. I gave them a call and the representative said they would try to be more responsive. They never went beyond what they said they would do and did not do anything. The result is that I have given them four stars instead of five.
