I have never been so disappointed in a service before. I started using cielostar.com and it was everything they said it would be and more. And then all of a sudden its gone Im not getting letters or notifications that my account is sold or that my purchase was successful. Ive tried contacting customer service multiple times and they are both phone numbers same thing. Please help
