sGroupsWeve used Cimasg for too many years now and we have never had such terrible experiences. They are never willing to put in the effort to do what they should do every time. Its frustrating when you want something and it doesnt get done right the first time around.

s Gonna Do It All AgainI have had the same experience with CIMAs for over a year now. I have to say that this time it was not an honest mistake but rather a result of their lack of understanding about ones needs and what they can help you do in your business. They will do everything possible to make my every request but instead of doing what I need or want they go out of their way to avoid giving back information they may know would be helpful. For example when I asked them to give me the address and phone number of a IT consultant they said we dont know that he is even still living here. In order to get the information from them she needed physical contact with him ie letter from her sending money. So far this has not been successful either times weve tried this so were thinking maybe try calls instead.
