Im sorry to say that I have had a terrible experience with Cimcloud.com. The ERP they offer is very bad and does not work well at all. Ive had to switch over to another company because their ERP was not up to my standards.

Ive been using this company for about 4 years now and have had a great experience. The products they offer are top quality and their CRM is extremely user friendly. However I have never had an issue with customer service. They always work to ensure you are happy with your purchase even if its something less than what was originally expected. Overall I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good business Ecommerce CRM.

I was really disappointed with company cimcloud.com. The website was easy to use and I had a great experience shopping. However after using the website for a while I started getting suggestions of other businesses that I should check out. Unfortunately this frequency led to my account being de-monetized and de-verified. We dont have our very own Ecommerce CRM so we need to use something else to manage ourtimedadgets.com. Im not sure what youre doing but it didnt work out well for me.
