Cinchit is a scam company. I had to send my computer in for warranty service and the customer service rep told me that the warranty was no longer available because the company cinchit merged with another company. The reason this was even mentioned to me was because they were going to charge me 50 more for the same product. This is a scam Do not go through this company.

Services and its customer service is top notch. However I.T. Services are not what I expected from the company after reading some of the other reviews here onk .All Cinchit is a website where users can find tips on how to be successful with I.T.. Unfortunately many users have had trouble with All Cinch it being incredibly slow and lack date range information- typical issues when accessed online through Outbound email marketing .The companys web developer has given them an F overall due to their slow loading pages and lack of any type of date range information.This is common due to the fact that All Cinch it easily accessible online through outout their entire year.
