They did not take my calls or emails seriously and told me there was no chance of getting my IT services because the company wasymesaulted three years ago. They did not have any of the resources that I needed to help my business move ahead which made the overall experience very unpleasant. Do not bother using this company if you want anything other than a terrible experience.

I started out my experience with them by filling out an online form and never received a response back. After numerous attempts to speak with someone on the phone I reached out to their customer service email and never received a response either. My overall impression of Ciops.com is that they are very unprofessional and do not seem to care about their customers.

This company is a total mess. I have had to use other companies in the past and this is not at all what I expected. The customer service is always forgetful and never can be more than what they say it is. They do business with Citrix which is a 2 year old brand. Do not bother coming here.

Company Ciops.com is a terrible interim ciop service company The entire process was incredibly confusing and difficult to understand and I Only received one complete ingrounding with regards to my services which is absolutely unacceptable. If this is the case it must be due to the fact that their customer service line of business is terrible also I successfully contacted them multiple times throughout the process but somehow my issues were not more than cursoryly taken into account. Thank you for your efforts but I would recommend against using this company again.
