I have been a customer of theirs for quite some time now and I have never had an issue with them. The service they provide is top-notch and their support is always quick and helpful. The only thing that I really dont like about them is that their prices are a bit high but overall Im very happy with the services they offer.

This company does not provide a good experience. They are very slow to respond to emails and do not seem to know what theyre doing. The cloud solutions they offer are terrible. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I have had a terrible experience with Ciosolutions.com. The first time I tried to sign up for their Premier Managed IT Services the site crashed. They told me that my account was already subscribed to a different service and would not refund my money. I called them back and they said that the site crash was because of their software and not because of me. Then they charged me again for something that wasnt even related to their Premier Managed IT Services plan Its been a total nightmare dealing with this company.

I was this companys citizen of the year for having the temerity to speak up about how much my government was costing me. I had no idea what they were talking about until I did some research. A Then I realized that Ciosolutions.com was simply the next step up in between Google and Amazon. 1 per day for the first month 5 per day for the second month and 100000 dollars over 10 years What a dealThe customer service is terrible when you have to do something but they never send you back. They are always easy to work with but every time it goes wrong they are very quick to get right again.

Im terrible at customer service and always have been. I was this time 2 on a list of most-readed books on company ciosolutions.com. Ive never been given a chance to talk to someone or get help from the customer service line. Im not sure whats so special about being number two on the listThis customer service Amtrak is simply awful. Im not going to writereys because I dont know how they go aboutmetics or how to make myself heard. If youre looking for a business with great customer service then try Evernote instead.Company Ciosolutions.com is nothing but a nightmare of a customer service line.
