"I Ordered My Domain From"

I ordered my Domain from Covirtualsolutions.com and the site was unavailable for only a few hours. I contacted them and they said that it was because of an upgrade to their website that hadnt gone into effect yet. They said they would have my domain up and running in no time. Unfortunately after waiting an hour or so I still couldnt access my site. I called them back and they told me that it was because of some technical difficulties with their site and didnt seem very happy about it all. Overall this company is not worth your time or money.

This company is terrible. They are always behind and when they do improve they dont stay up for long. I have had to call them back many times because of this problem. I even sent them a feedback form but it just doesnt seem to be very effective.Ciovirtualsolutions is not good at all. I had good experience with their previous organization Site Unavailable. However Ciovirtualsolutions is a whole different ball game. Thank you for the opportunity to leave a review however it seems to be quite uneffective.
