Inc.I just brought a claim for assistance on ciscom solutions inc.s IT consulting services for the wrong company. I was supposed to receive a new computer and all my dataFLOW was gone I called them sent an email and got a help ticket response that my phone number was used as an input for the number they were using to contact me I also received a call from one of their employees who told me that they had found my account and that it was no longer being used. Overall it was a pretty bad experience with ciscom solutions inc.
