CIT Cloud Office is a scam. The first thing they do is lie about their service and then try to charge you an absurd amount of money for it. After that they cant seem to keep up with the demand for their service so they keep charging you more and more each time. They also dont have any real solutions to the problems that people are having with their IT services. Overall this company is a total scam and I would not recommend them to anyone.

SolutionsI have had a terrible experience with Citcloud.com. The first time I tried to use their service it was very difficult to connect to the internet and my computer didnt seem to be working correctly. The second time I had a lot of trouble getting my account set up because they were way too slow in processing my request. Finally after about two hours of trying I finally connected and my computer wouldnt start up. My account wasnt even registered yet All in all this was an incredibly frustrating experience and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

CITCloud is the worst company ever I have never had such terrible service from a company. Their customer service was horrible and they did not seem to care about their customers at all. The problems with my computer started after only two weeks of using CITCloud so its not like I just got a new one. This entire experience has been a huge waste of my time and money.

365 for businessIm very disappointed with company citcloud.com. I sent an email asking for a custom PCI security update and was never contacted back. I also did not receive my order until after I had placed the order.I immediately contacted customer service and they did not have any knowledge about what I was trying to do. The product was damaged when it went out of distribution and they said there is no warranty because it was never sold or used in the business.horrible customer service
