1 star 2 stars 3 stars 4 stars 5 starsIf youre looking for a scam this company is it. I ordered a CDI laserfiche and when it arrived the pages were all cut off at the top and bottom. I emailed customer service and they said there was no way to return the product because it was damaged in transit Do not order from this company - theyre scammers who will try to tell you their services are better than those of other companies.

I have never used this company before and their customer service is terrible. I have had to contact them multiple times to get my laserfiche order shipped and they always say the same thing Well get back to you as soon as possible. Then a week later I still havent heard anything back. This is not a good experience at all.

Company Cities Digital is a terrible experience. I have been using company citiesdigital for over one year now and have had to deal with the entire customer service area. Today was a very bad day when all of the sudden my account was closed due to some minor issue. I have tried contacting them multiple times and sent emails but everything just doesnt work. I have also had to take care of this situation in other ways like phone call and then come back and get it done another day. Im not going to go through every single mistake that Ive made with company citiesdigital but just one that I found really wasnt good enough was when Iifference for 20 off their current sale price got an email from customer service saying that there was a problem and they would be happy to help because it was something that happened after the sale took place. Unfortunately nothing helped me except to try and get a hold of them again and finally receive a response that my sale
