is known for their fast efficient and cost effective solutions. I have used Citoc.com multiple times now and not been impressed with the service. The first time I did was because I was trying to use an online service from a branch office and needed my account status updated in just a few minutes flat - something that never happened to me during my previous job. The second time was because a of some issues with my computer and it taking too long to get back to me about it. I tried calling them this morning after getting a message that my account had been updated but they were still waiting for someone on the phone. They also did not seem to be very responsive to feedback either- everything worked perfectly but they said they would do more when they got back onto the line. So far Ive had this company help me out onces when Ive had problems with my computer and other things but what has this done for me Its just made everything else worse
