Citrus Studios is a scam. They promise to help you design and create beautiful Citrus Tiles but in the end they just deliver templates that dont look anything like the pictures they provide. The process of creating your tile was very slow and it took forever for them to get back to me with any response to my questions. Overall this company is nothing more than a waste of time and money.

Citrus Studios is a scam company that we design and create with a purpose. The first time we paid for something they did not even send us the product but rather charged us 27 for A Customized Name Badge. We were really disappointed because it was such an expensive mistake and we did not get what we paid for. Additionally their customer service was terrible. We contacted them multiple times after purchasing the product only to be told our issue was already taken care of and there was no need to contact them again. Overall avoid Citrus Studios if you can

I just cant believe how much trouble citrusstudios is in when it comes to their website. I have gone into their website a place to find information and reviews on various websites and it has been The worse experience yet. I have called them multiple times and they are not response though the email they send out reminder cards about it. I have also had to contact them through their online chat room which is also very difficult to bothersome. I even sent an email asking for someone to help me because I am having trouble with the website and I am not getting anyone back who can help me.
