We purchase items from Company Civalue.com and the customer service is terrible. I have had to call multiple times and ask for my order to be sent to my office and then receive a response that it has been sent but has yet to arrive at our house. The first time we called they told me that we would get a call from customer service about my order but no call came. We called again and they said we would get a call from customer service about the order but no call came. We called once more and they said we would get a call from customer service about the order but no call came. After what seemed like every day for months we finally received an email from them apologizing for their actions and telling us that our order had actually arrived and it was nice of them to include it in their World Year Enders Day sale But...the product is just not worth the risk of package being lost or stolen in the middle of all thisarity

This company is terrible. I have never seen anything good about them. I have had to call customer service multiple times and they are always so lazy to help me. The only good thing about this company is that they offer a great product for a great price. But every time I use it I have to fight off aplysia because the quality is such that it feels like the company cant be trusted.I hope someone can find this and report its presence on social media so that people can avoid this company.
