Civicinc.com is a terrible company that does nothing but scam people. They promise you amazing discounts on your computer or software and then dont deliver on their promises. Ive had to contact them multiple times to get my money back and even after doing all of this they still wont give me my refund. Do not use this company

Civicinc.com is a complete waste of money I ordered two computers from them and the first one was defective they told me to return it and get a new one but I never received the new one. The second time I order from them my computer randomly Shut down while I was using it so I had to take it to a store and get it fixed. Finally after all this trouble they now tell me that my old computer is no longer supported so I have to buy a new one anyway because their warranty does not cover that kind of thing Do not recommend at all

They give you no control over how your money is spent or how your computer is used. I am not a customer or employee of company civicinc. I have never even seen their products. If you are looking for a business that represents computers and their use as something other than just a tool for investigation purposes then dont look any further.Company CivilInc does not represent PCs and is nothing more than an online store dealing in Apex Design PC services. This business Indias only such business of this type with the possible exception being App Showcase in London. City Join in Brighton also offer this services but they are limited by time and budget Cityjoin offer may change soon.Ive used both companies for small tasks like word Processor repair and my served as ane large customer of theirs due to the high

There have been times where Ive had to call them because I cant find what Im looking for and its honestly hard to find a better company out there. But overall the customer service is incredibly terrible. And if youre looking for a design company that has entire websites built with Apex Design PC then dont even bother buying anything from him anymore.

CivicInc is a bad company. They are very slow and cannot handle anything on their own. So they need someone to help them with things like internet problems and phone issues. But instead of providing that service CivicInc wants you to pay their fees for everything they do. So if you want your moneys worth dont use them.
