I have had to many things done by people who are not experts in this field- often times through call centers. is not good Company ck-tek.com is a terrible experience. Every time I have to do a certain task or problem with computer technology it is the worst. The staff is always very slow in getting back to me and the support number does not work onzedys. I have had to call many times and this is only the 2 times that they got back to me. There are many other online stores that are better quality with great customer service.
