I have never had such terrible customer service. I called about a year ago and my computer was not working so I brought it in to get it fixed. They told me that the motherboard was fried and that they would have to order a new one from China which would take quite some time. Well now its almost 2 months later and they still havent shipped the new motherboard They said they would send someone out as soon as possible but no one has come by since then The whole experience has been reallybad and I would not recommend this company to anyone

Claricode is a terrible company. The development process for their custom medical software is incredibly slow and the quality of their products is terrible. I have had to redo many times my installations because of problems with the software. Additionally they do not seem to care about their customers satisfaction.

The software is always buggy and it takes forever for the developers to get back to you with an answer to your question. In addition their customer service is terrible. They never seem to be able to help people who are really stuck.
