I would not recommend this company to anyone. The customer service is terrible and the website is incredibly inefficient. I had a hard time finding what I was looking for on their site and the search results were all in Chinese which made it even more difficult. Overall this was not an enjoyable experience and I would not recommend ClearCenter to anyone.

I have had two different experiences with this company. The first was when I needed to reset my password and they were very slow in getting it done. The second time was more recently and they were much faster in getting it done. But the service call price is well out of line for their services.Company does not meet expectations - user experienceThe company does not meet the expectations of the user who found that the service cost too much and was not as good as they thought it would be.

and ClearpressI have had great experience with ClearCenter and Clearpress so I decided to give company clearcenter.com a try. I was disappointed that the customer service was not as good as I wanted it to be. The phone number did not work and I needed to call multiple times until I got a person who did speak on the phone. Then when I called the person who did speak on the phone were very unhelpful and didnt have anything new to say except for Were sorry this is how it looks. So after 5-10 minutes of talking with someone who said they could help me out by getting hold of the companys headquarters in the United States I gave up and went else where. If you want a business that looks good and is working hard then dont try this one
