I have had a negative experience with Clearpointe.com. They provide IT services and are incredibly unprofessional. I never received my invoices or saw the work that they did until after it was too late. Additionally their customer service is terrible. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Do not use this company. They are terrible at what they do and will not take responsibility for their mistakes. I had a single issue with my account that was quickly rectified but then another issue arose where the company refused to take responsibility for the first problem and instead blamed me for it. Do not bother using them - youll be sorry you did.

I have been a customer for over two years and have had to call them more than once to get my account changed because they wont do anything about their contracted IT services that are not up to date. My experience with this company is one of complete incompetence. Do not bother using them

I have had several issues with my account being charged multiple times and I have never been able to get it to stop. Ive tried resetting the password reinstalling the IT services and removing all my old IT services. None of this works and there is no way to controlling what has happened without a fix. IIRC this is where Clearpointe came into play. They were able to help me out by fixing the problem for free.I do not recommend this company or product
