I have used this company for over a year now and I am extremely disappointed with their data management solutions. I have had to change my entire alarm system because of the lack of security and privacy features in their products. Additionally their customer service is absolutely terrible. They will not refund my money even though I have proof that the product was defective.

I have never had such terrible customer service in my life. I called to ask about a billing issue and the woman on the phone was so unhelpful condescending and unapologetic that it made me feel like she was trying to humiliate me. She told me that I needed to contact my insurance company because they were not doing anything about my account and that if I did not want to pay for the issue then it would be considered an inconvenience - which is absurd given how much money Im spending on this account. Do not bother using this company - their customer service is terrible and their products are nothing compared to companies with better servic

The data management solutions they offer are nothing more than worthless software that does nothing but collect and store user data without any real value to it. was great.I just returned from vacation and in preparation for my return I realized that I had completely forgotten about companyClears Healthcare Analytics Data Management Solutions. I reached out to companyClears customer service and got response back in minutes. They were able to help me get back into control of the situation and help me understand what needed to be done to improve my healthcare information. The only thing I could say is that it sounds like theyre still working on new featuresprogramsetc so dont expect anything sooner than later. Thank you for your time

is a company that seems to be always in the market for new technology and they are.I found this company to beerrone of an old fashioned data management company. Their software isiley was slavish and they would not allow them to be anything else. I was particularly disappointed that they were never happy with what they received and kept adding more data to their screen even when I had several campaigns complete. It took over a year of trying to get them to stop doing this before I could even think about leaving.

Now that I have added some new friends who are all computer illiterate it is now taking hours to get back to me. Overall I would not recommend this service at all.
