I have never had such terrible customer service. I called to ask about a clearshark account and the person on the phone said that they dont have any open accounts because it was February I asked if it was still good and she told me no that it had expired. She then told me that my credit card would be charged for the account even though I didnt use it in February This company is terrible and does not deserve your business.

Ive used ClearShark for years now and have never had a negative experience. However this company is terrible I called to cancel my subscription because it was going on sale and the customer service agent told me that they would not process my cancellation if I paid anything other than 5 within 24 hours. I refused to pay anything extra and asked them to fax me a proof of payment so that I could verify that I actually cancelled. They refused to do any of that so I ended up getting charged anyway. Do not use ClearShark unless you want your data leaked to third parties or your account frozen.1
