I was extremely disappointed with company Clickboarding.com. Their service is terrible and their process of employee onboarding is completely unhelpful and automated. I found it difficult to follow the steps required to complete the process and ended up having to contact customer service multiple times in order to get my issues resolved. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. The process was very confusing and the end result was a lot of stress. I had to go through all the steps over and over again just to get my new hires name job title email address and other information. It was also really hard to find anything online about how to do this process properly.

I absolutely hated my previous employer clickboarding.com. They were always fast to get new employees onto their platform but also very slow in getting them off. I was even told by one employee that they dont care about their employees and just wants you to make money. There was never a single time when they would take the time to give me a chance to talk to my employees and see how I wanted. Then there were the times where they would be so late with the shifts that I would have to find other ways to make sure I cant wake up my employee early enough to do their shift. Needless to say I left after only 4 months and am not back now.

I just left company clickboarding.com and dont even begin to understand how this could be a good company I was given an email from the customer service to try out and I did. It was headache-inducing at best. The process was easy enough but the phone call that came after said that I would need to leave a message if I wanted someone to contact me. Thank you company clickboarding.com for making this possible.
