is a company that promises to provide quality work at a fair price. However I was not happy with the results of the job I received. I had the opportunity to work with Click Digital Solutions once again this time in Hull. This time I was hoping to fix a problem which had been going on for so long it felt like it had become part of the everyday routine. What I found was that this company could or would do anything within its boundaries and more importantly what they were good at. They would get behind the scenes and 2 or 3 times out of 5 we got something that looked like it should have been perfect but it wasnt. For example they changed the entire look and feel of the room used in an attempt to make their presence known even though it made everyone feel left out and unappreciated. The end result was a space that needed to be friended by mouse over bridge instead of being used as a working surface for

They have great staff and are always willing to help out if needed. but this past week they had an issue with their website which caused a lot of potential customer connections to be lost.The companys site was down for a significant amount of time and they were not able to provide any information about the problem. The user who has been a customer of the company for many years did not feel like they were being heard or taken care of in some cases.
