The customer service is terrible. I have had to call them a total of 5 times and each time they are really unhelpful and dont seem to care about their customers. They will not give me my money back for my services either. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I just got my first job back in KY and it was all about air conditioning. I worked with this company for a little over a year and they were the best at air conditioning. They always had solutions to the problems we faced. Now Im out of town and theyre my back-up. I dont know what to do because I really like their customer service.

They tell me that I need to be more careful about what I say to the camera and that I need to be more specific in my applications. Plus they always seem to forget how to be polite and become very angry when they cannot control something. Overall I have had a very negative experience with this company and I do not recommend them to anyone.
