"I Have Had Two Very Negative Experiences With"
Climate Earth, Review Specifics:
I have had two very negative experiences with company climateearth.com. The first time was when I was not even a customer of the company yet. The website was very basic and did not have many features that I would need to be a potential customer. The EPDs were made easy for me by adding features like water scarcity the effects of climate change and how to open a account on climateearth.com. I has also always been response from the service person was quick and perfect. However the second experience was much more serious. I received an email from their customer service stating that I had broken their promise to bring my account up to date on in their written explanation. They said that I needed to contact them immediately because there was a new EPD that needed to be added to our site. They never got back Reach me at any moment now

Climate Earth, Review Specifics:
I have had two bad experiences with this company. The first time was when I made a purchase of Climate Earth EPDs Made Easy. I reached out to the customer service and they were able to get me an issue resolved very quickly. However the second experience happened because of their process for making purchases. It wasnt clear how you could Try it Out or what all needed to be done in order for your computer to complete your purchase successfully. Overall not good examples of customer service which is why I give them three stars instead of four.
