I was extremely disappointed with the company clinic-it.com. I ordered and paid for an Altitude Service Imagination plan and after only a few months of use my service was stopped without any warning or explanation. The plan was also quite expensive so Im not sure how I could have been expected to continue using it if the service wasnt working properly. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I would rate this company clinic-it.com as 1 star. I did not have a positive experience with them and would not recommend them to anyone. The service they provide is terrible and it took me forever to get my printer fixed because the tech guy said it was out of warranty. I got my printer back after months of waiting but that was only because I brought in my old one too - so Clinic-It.com isnt worth your time or money.

I just checked out Company Clinic-It. It is unfortunately a bad experience. I first started using their service about 2 years ago and has been great so far. However recent months have been up in a ball of stress and anxiety. Help is on the horizon but no one is there to help us. The staff is amazing but they dont work with us to help us get there. So many people recommend it give it to your friends but we dont.
