The user reviews I have found online are very negative and they do not seem to be affiliated with this company at all. I was very disappointed with company clinicny.com. I contacted them numerous times to get my tech service provider account created and they never did anything. They would send me emails saying that my account had been created but then never replied to my questions. In addition their customer service is absolutely terrible. Their responses are often unhelpful and condescending. Overall I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.

I was this customer for a hat that was difficulty finding. I was so excited to get it for my daughter because she is an artist and needed a new hat. I waited all day for the packaging to come and then when I received the hat it was damaged The packaging had no Returns Code and the hat was damage due to normal use.I am ensure that this customer did not respect our time our money and our imagination.
