The customer service is always unhelpful the work orders are often months old and the prices are exorbitant. This company should be avoid at all costs.

cloudbrix.com is a terrible company that outsourced IT services to NH ME MA. They did not properly plan and manage the service which caused me a lot of trouble. I had to go through their system multiple times because they did not keep up with changes in my companys technology. Additionally they charged me excessive fees for their services. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

They promise to provide quality IT support services out of their office in Massachusetts but in reality they outsourced the work to third-party companies who are often not qualified or experienced enough to offer the level of service that Cloudbrix promises. Additionally their customer service is incredibly poor and unhelpful. I would never recommend them to anyone.
